Each site has a different layout, ground contours, fence type and security need. We therefore have a number of detection methods available to use individually or in combination to provide suitable protection.
These detection methods include external passive infra-red movement detectors, twin or quad infra-red ‘point to point’ beams, infra-red beams concealed in vertical towers, sensor cables to detect fence climbing or cutting, electric fencing to detect and repel attempts to cut or climb fencing, and electrified wall topping.
Most external detection is used in conjunction with a remotely monitored CCTV system so that operators can verify whether activations are a result of human intrusion or wildlife.
External cameras may be linked to movement detection and broadband so that unauthorised presence in the grounds outside hours may be signalled to a remote monitoring centre. The operators may view live and recorded images, remotely control PTZ cameras, issue verbal warnings via an integrated public address system, and, where necessary, summon keyholder response to the premises to evict the trespassers.
In addition to helping car sales managers identify potential buyers during trading hours, our CCTV systems can be supplemented with external detection and public address systems to protect and remotely monitor your vehicles outside trading hours.
This can provide the flexibility of allowing prospective purchasers to browse vehicles outside trading hours whilst discouraging those more interested in theft or vandalism.
