All of our systems can be monitored by our 24/7 Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) using a wide range of single and dual path remote signalling options including the latest Emizon equipment which transmits via IP technology. This option enhances the protection already offered by your fire and/or security system by managing the signals transmitted by the systems and contacting the relevant keyholders and emergency services.

Planned maintenance and 24-hour support

We know that our clients’ security systems must be operational at all times. We have therefore invested in our support staff and our stocks of materials so that we can offer planned maintenance with 24-hour emergency call-out support with all our systems. 

Planned maintenance allows our engineers to check and adjust your equipment for optimum performance, and to ensure that changes in layout or use have not adversely affected the effectiveness of your system.

Our annual maintenance fees* reflect our commitment to providing effective and professional routine maintenance and a genuine 24-hour service to our clients.

Monitoring services

Our 24-hour monitoring services keep a watchful eye on your fire and security systems so that you do not have to. You, or your nominated keyholder, will only be informed when a signal indicating a notifiable incident has been received.

Our dual path signalling systems provide additional peace of mind by providing alternative automatic transmission routes over GPRS and GSM mobile networks should potential intruders cut your telephone line.
