Project Background:
The SPAR store at Fortfield, Carrickfergus underwent a full transformation last year and re-opened as a new flagship store for the chain in December 2018.
The
new contemporary retail convenience store incorporated the Daily Deli, Barista Cafe, Burger King (drive thru) and Subway, sitting on a completely redesigned 11,000ft2 floorplan. It is now known as one of the best facilities of it's kind in Northern Ireland. |
