Queens University sent shockwaves and made headlines throughout the Northern Ireland sporting community today with a home victory over Linfield.

The QUB team, in its first season playing in the Bluefin Sport Championship league and its first full season of sponsorship by Scan Alarms, achieved an historic 2-1 home win at The Dub to eliminate the Blues from the fifth round of the Sadler’s Peaky Blinder Irish Cup. Queen's well-deserved success has now earned them the opportunity to create more history as they have been drawn at home against Bluefin Sport premiership side Glentoran in round six on Saturday 1st February. 

All of us at Scan Alarms are proud of our association with the team and the team's performance this season and look forward to the next Irish Cup match at the Dub on the 1st of February.
