With the ongoing changeover by telecoms providers in the UK from the old public switched telephone network (PSTN) over copper cables to the latest in IP technology over fibre by 2025, Scan Alarms engineering teams are swapping out the old generation BT Redcare PSTN-based remote signaling systems to the new generation BT Redcare equipment to ensure that our customers and their property continue to be protected by the latest BT Redcare technology. Our in-house training academy provides us with the facility to ensure our engineers are fully conversant with the new technology before they work on our customer's systems.
